I received this free in exchange for my honest review.
Peppermint oil has a lot of uses. I use it for headaches and stomach aches. It is very strong, so you would want to mix it with a carrier oil (I use coconut oil) before you put it on your skin. I rub in on my temples and on the back of my neck. It is really cooling and does a great job of getting rid of headaches. When it comes to stomach aches, I rub it clockwise on my belly button and it takes the pain away almost immediately.
You can also put the oil in your diffuser and the smell of peppermint will be in the air. It smells amazing! It can also help clear your sinuses!
A little bit goes a long way with this oil!
